Tender description
We are looking to source an external provider who can provide a personalised coaching approach for our senior leaders which will help them to achieve their professional and personal goals. Many of our senior leaders have already completed formal academic qualifications and are registered professionals, because of this they require more individually focussed development. Coaching will support them to develop further by harnessing their abilities and enabling them to grow. ## Contract award
