The purpose of this Expression of Interest is: • To get an indication of suppliers who can conduct homelessness reviews under Part 7 Housing Act 1996 (as amended) on behalf of Sefton Council. This Expression of Interest is not a formal procurement process and is being used to ascertain Providers' capacity to fulfil this complex requirement. The Council cannot guarantee that a competitive tendering process will be undertaken following this Expression of Interest.
