Bassetlaw District Council is seeking a supplier who is able to support in investing in the development of its current managers, team leaders, and aspiring leaders, equipping them with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to operate effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment. The proposed Leadership and Talent Academy will on building a solid foundation in supervision and management, complemented by practical tools and techniques to lead diverse teams, manage complex functions, and respond to emerging challenges. The programme will be designed to ensure participants are well-prepared to contribute to organisational resilience and improved service delivery. This initiative directly supports Bassetlaw District Council’s People and Culture strategic aim: "To enable effective and consistent people management practices across the Council leading to improved performance".
