The Procurement Act 2023 will go live on 24 February 2025. To support readiness for the new regime, Government Commercial Function have updated some of The Procurement Act 2023 short guides for suppliers, with the addition of 4 x videos and guides on how to use the new Central Digital Platform and Find a Tender Service.
