Tender description

HM Government of Gibraltar's Housing Department, hereinafter referred to as the "Contracting Authority" wants to transition from the placement of security guards at the 4 Housing Estates mentioned in the Specification to the security of those premises being monitored 24/7 through CCTV by operators in a control room and with security guards deployed in response to incidents detected or reported to the control room. Interested parties may access further information and submitting tender responses via HM Government of Gibraltar's Supplier Network Portal: https://hmgogsupplier.gibraltar.gov.gi Additional information: Gibraltar does not participate in the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) under the World Trade Organization (WTO). HM Government of Gibraltar therefore reserves the right to consider only those bids from eligible tenderers in Gibraltar, the UK, or a country or territory covered by a trade agreement extending to Gibraltar that contains relevant procurement provisions.
