Tender description

The Secretariat to the Climate Change Advisory Council wish to establish a framework that will assist in providing additional technical support where necessary to the Secretariat. The Secretariat also wish to draw on project management skillsets to manage the delivery of reviews and other Council publications which will assist with efficiency and effective delivery by managing the Secretariat input process while mitigating the risk that timelines would not be adhered to.
