River Clyde Homes are seeking to employ a suitably experienced and competent company to support us in undertaking Aids & Adaptation Works within our properties. There are approximately 150 referrals a year, with the main work streams involving: - Bathroom adaptations (wet floor shower rooms etc). - Minor adaptations (handrails, grab rails, etc). It is envisaged that the successful company will be allocated on average three adaptations a week. Only companies who have the requisite resource to meet this requirement should submit a tender response.
