Competitive Procedure with Negotiation under PCR 2015 for University Hospitals of Leicester Shuttle Bus Service, otherwise currently known as the Hospital Hopper. The Hospital Hopper is a public shuttle bus service currently travelling between Glenfield Hospital, Leicester Royal Infirmary, and Leicester General Hospital, as well as numerous other stops.
