Procurement of a Single Seat Crew Escape and Safety Systems Trainer

Single Seat Crew Escape and Safety System Trainers (SS CESST) Lot 1: The procurement of one, possibly two, Single Seat Crew Escape and Safety System Trainers (SS CESST) with a view to minimising the impact on the operational environment, the Forward Available Fleet (FAF) whilst providing a consistent Typhoon Training Facility (TTF) & Weapon Load Training Cell (WLTC) output standard aligned to the aircraft fit. The SS CESST should be capable of facilitating the delivery of Training Objectives (TOs) to the standards and conditions laid down in the TTF 5702 Weapons Training Course. The fit, form and function of SS CESST would need to be such that the trainee would develop the requisite skills in exactly the same manner as they currently are on an operational aircraft.
