Contracting digital aerial surveys, vantage point survey and subsequent analyses of the populations and distributions of the wintering waterfowl (divers, grebes, seaducks and European shag), wintering gulls (including kittiwake) and wintering auks (guillemots and razorbills) protected features of the Outer Firth of Forth and St Andrews Bay Complex Special Protection Area (SPA) in winter 2024/25 and 2025/26.
