Maintaining Safety in the Home (Sanctuary Scheme)

Gloucestershire’s Maintaining Safety in the Home Service is commissioned to provide a range of measures for maintaining victim safety at home by way of additional security measures, known as Target Hardening or Sanctuary Scheme measures. Owing to the implementation of the Procurement Act 2023, the timeline for procuring Gloucestershire's Maintaining Safety in the Home Service has been extended. The intended contract start date is now 01/02/2026. We are keen to engage with potential suppliers and stakeholders whilst designing our Sanctuary Scheme specification and tender to ensure we achieve the highest quality and value through the delivery of the service for victims of domestic abuse and stalking in Gloucestershire. We will be hosting a market engagement event on Wednesday 11th June 2025, 10.30-12.30. This will be an in person event only, although slides, questions and answers will be available after the event.
