Tender description

Measured Terms JCT Contract Under Fusion 21 Framework for Lift Maintenance & Servicing Estimated value of the contract is £25,000.00 per annum (to include scheduled and reactive maintenance/repairs) . The estimated maximum value covers both PCC for Cheshire/Cheshire Constabulary and Cheshire Fire Authority/Cheshire Fire & Rescue Services - for the maximum 4-year term is £100k. The likely cost allocation will be 75% Police and 25% Fire based on planned/scheduled maintenance. Contract Amendment no 2 extends the contract to use the option to extend period. The JCT MTC will cover a mix of planned/scheduled maintenance and ad-hoc repairs, the latter costs are unknown and spend is published on each organisations over £500 transparency publication report.
