JV North is seeking to appoint consultants to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of consultancy services, to support construction programmes undertaken by JV North Members Lot 1: Architectural Services JV North is seeking to appoint consultants to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of architectural services, to support construction programmes undertaken by JV North Members The Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint TEN consultants to this lot. Tenderers will be required to demonstrate a good understanding of the construction market, housing for rent, housing for sale, intermediate and social housing together with associated community amenities and infrastructure and an ability to assist in the delivery of projects on time and to budget. The Consultant’s work is principally to support construction of new build in nature housing. There may be works to existing premises required as part of a new build scheme.
