The Measured Term Contract comprises LOTS 1-11 as listed below. The Works to be carried out under the Measured Term Contract generally comprise various individual small works projects as part of ongoing maintenance works to existing buildings. The Measured Term Contract is comprised of the following LOTS: •Lot 1 - Joinery •Lot 2 - Paving & Groundworks •Lot 3 - Ceilings & Partitions •Lot 4 - Roofing Repairs •Lot 5 - Flooring •Lot 6 - Glazing & Blinds •Lot 7 - Electrical Installations •Lot 8 - Piped Mechanical Services •Lot 9 - Car Park Barriers •Lot 10 - Decoration •Lot 11 - Grounds Maintenance Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
