Framework for the Provision of Day Opportunities for Adults in Cumberland

Tender description

The Council has procured a Framework for the Provision of Day Opportunities for Adults in Cumberland. The Care Act 2014 requires councils to provide services which enable a shift towards more personalised care and support. In providing services for adults who meet Care Act eligibility criteria, the Council must have regard to the need to promote individuals’ well-being, including physical and mental health, emotional wellbeing, participation in work, education, recreation, and social and economic wellbeing. Lot 1a: Lot 1a Buildings based Day Opportunities. Providers can submit bids for more than one Day Opportunity. A Provider who wishes to do this must complete and submit a separate bid for each opportunity as they will be scored individually. Please ensure you submit bids under the relevant Lot. Any Framework Agreement awarded will be done so on the basis that the tenderer has met the minimum overall score of 60% across the Quality/Price/Social Value questions. Please note that a bid receiving a score of zero on any one of the scored questions will be disqualified. The Award Criteria are: 60% quality / 20% price / 20% social value. Lot 1b: Lot 1b: Buildings based Day Opportunities with Transport. Providers can submit bids for more than one Day Opportunity.
