Dates services required: January – March 2025 Cornwall Council is seeking to appoint an evaluation specialist to collate and analyse existing data into a comprehensive evaluation project report. Experience Newquay is a Cornwall Council project that encourages a resilient year-round visitor economy. The project team has already commissioned a mix of data collection from external agencies in relation to footfall, dwell time, visitor numbers, economic impact, perception and satisfaction. Experience Newquay needs the information to be collated and analysed into a final project report. Experience Newquay is looking to appoint an evaluation specialist to complete the final report in line with the funder requirements. Using information provided by the external agencies, the appointed supplier will assess and measure the project’s impact and identify key learnings for future projects.
