Cowes and Ryde Library Refurbishment

Tender description

The Isle of Wight Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of Refurbishment Works at Cowes and Ryde Libraries.\r \r This work package is to be undertaken at Ryde Library, George Street, Ryde, Isle of Wight, PO33 2JE and Cowes Library, Beckford Road, Cowes, Isle of Wight, PO31 7SG. Works at Ryde Library include partition wall alterations, installation of disabled access bathroom and separate bathroom, lighting works and installation of new floor coverings. Cowes Library works will involve roofing / gulley renewal, partition wall alterations, installation of disabled access bathroom, new floor coverings and the design and installation of a new fire alarm system.\r \r The term of the contract shall be 3rd February 2024 until 18th April 2025. The contract will compose of sectional completion and award will be to a single supplier for both requirements.
