Tender description

The works are anticipated to comprise of concrete demolition works, temporary works, construction of circa 540m of new sheetpiled quay wall with tie back anchors, revetments and sheetpiled wall, anchor rods, circa 250m seawall rock armour protection, bulk filling and earthworks over entire site, installation of environmental barrier/liner over site, surfaced pedestrian walkway (circa 420m) on two sides of site and associated ducts/sleeves crossing the walkway, temporary walkway (circa 180m), drainage along site periphery with outfalls to sea, foul sewer pump sump and gravity sewers below environmental barrier installations.
