Support and Maintenance for Economic Crime System

Tender description

GMP has completed a tender process for investigation and case management software (A1082). This exemption was required following the end of contract ref A0811. The supplier GSA has continued to support the old system until the new solution is implemented, expected to be September 2025. It is likely support will be required until November to allow GMP to check old records following data migration. Contracted by Greater Manchester Combined Authority for Greater Manchester Police. Awarded via GMP's exemption process as per GMP Contract Standing Orders. The date the contract is signed the date the exemption has been approved. The contract dates are based on the requirements of the exemption and value. An exemption may not exceed its maximum value and therefore the end date may be sooner if the value is exhausted. ## Contract award
