Tender description

This service relates to the provision of consultant led, community stroke rehabilitation, and forms part of the stroke pathway. NHS Surrey Heartlands ICB commissions 6 inpatient rehabilitation stroke beds for adults (18 years) registered with an East Surrey GP at Queen Elizabeth Foundation Neuro Rehabilitation Services (QEF). Lot 1: This service relates to the provision of consultant led, community stroke rehabilitation, and forms part of the stroke pathway. NHS Surrey Heartlands ICB commissions 6 inpatient rehabilitation stroke beds for adults (18 years) registered with an East Surrey GP at Queen Elizabeth Foundation Neuro Rehabilitation Services (QEF). The contract has been awarded to QEF, the existing provider, following Direct Award Process C. The approximate lifetime value of the contract will be £1.6m over the 2-year term, from 1st April 2024 until 31st March 2026.
