Provision of Utilities (Electricity, Gas, and Water)

Tender description

The Council, along with its Arm's Length External Organisations (ALEOs), needs to ensure the supply of electricity, gas, and waste management services to its operational properties including offices, schools, leisure facilities, warehouses /depots etc. Utility provision is critical within these operation properties to enable lighting, technology / communication, cooking, heating etc. Scottish Procurement, a division of the Scottish Government, has historically been responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies for major national commodities and contracts on behalf of the entire public sector in Scotland, these include strategic arrangements for utility provision. This Contract Award Notice satisfies the councils obligations to report its participation in Scottish Procurements Utility Framework Agreements.
