PM services for GL1 Leisure Centre

Tender description

1) . Provision of Project Management and Cost Management Services (RIBA Stages 0 - 7), including Project Manager services for the NEC4 ECC contracts; 2) . Provision of Architectural/Lead Designer services (RIBA Stages 0-3); 3) . Fulfil the NEC Supervisor role for Architectural elements (Stages 4 -7) for the NEC4 ECC contracts; 4) . Provision of Mechanical and Electrical services (RIBA Stages 0-3); 5) . Fulfil the NEC Supervisor role for MEP elements (Stages 4 -7) for the NEC4 ECC contracts; 6) . Provision of Structural engineering services (RIBA Stages 0-3); 7) . Fulfil the NEC Supervisor role for structural engineering elements (Stages 4 -7) for the NEC4 ECC contracts; 8) . Fulfil Principal Designer duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 ("CDM") for pre contract RIBA Stages; 9) . Fulfill Principal Designer duties under the Building Regulations etc. (Amendment)(England) Regulations 2023 and pursuant to the Building Safety Act 2022 (together the "Building Regulations") for all RIBA stages; and 10) Provision of advice and assistance in respect of the procurement and appointment of Consultants for works at GL1 Leisure Centre. ## Contract award Title: AM0012 - PM Services for Leisure Centre - Enhancements Works -
