Tender description

The objective of this Procurement is to establish the key Framework Contracts with Delivery Partners that will support Portsmouth Water’s Non-Infrastructure (above ground) investment needs for AMP8 and potentially AMP9. Lot 1: Portsmouth Water undertook this procurement in accordance with the negotiated procedure with prior call for competition pursuant to UCR 2016, Reg. 47. The aim was to establish a framework contract with two suppliers, able to provide PWL with the required Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation and other construction/engineering services to support work on above ground assets.
