NCC1463 Portland Park Cinema and Restaurants - Stage 1 PCSA - Procure Partnerships National Contractor Framework Lot 3 - Construction - Northeast - £5m to £15m Cinema & Event Space

Tender description

The PCSA has been awarded for the value of £85,814 and this will take place between September 2025 and January 2026. If a final cost can be agreed this will progress to the Main Construction JCT Contract. The main construction is scheduled to begin in January 2026 and complete February 2027. Overall this is a two stage design and build procurement. The overall project outcome is to create a new 2,493m2 5-screen cinema with an event space and 2 Food and Beverage (F&B) units, including associated landscaping and parking provision. This tender is for completing the 'Shell & Core works of the cinema and F&B units with associated landscaping and parking provision (main works). Once Practical Completion is achieved on the main works, this will allow a separate team appointed by REEL cinema to commence the cinema fit-out and the other tenants to commence the fit-out works of the F&B units.
