On 3 July 2025, the Scottish Government launched a 12-week public consultation on Scotland’s draft Environment Strategy. The consultation is seeking views on the draft Strategy’s vision and outcomes and on the priorities and proposals set out in the pathways. The consultation responses will help in shaping the content of the final Environment Strategy and the related impact assessments.The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, is seeking to commission a Contractor to undertake the analysis of responses. The overall aim of the contract is to provide robust and timely analysis and reporting on the responses to the consultation and a series of planned consultation engagement sessions, to inform the final version of the Environment Strategy.This specification sets out what is required, provides background information on the consultation, and invites Contractors to respond.We welcome bids from individuals, organisations or collaborations / consortia with the appropriate skills and experience. If there is a collaborative bid there must be one lead organisation.
