Welsh Government Business Travel and Accommodation Contract

Tender description

The Client wishes to establish a contract for the supply of Business Travel & Accommodation solutions. The contract term will be for 2 years, plus a two year and an additional one year optional extension periods available to the Client. Lot 1: The successful Bidder will provide offline and online booking solutions for the Clients Business Travel and Accommodation requirements. This includes for hotels, train, air and Eurotunnel requirements. The successful Bidder will provide all the services described in the specification, including complimentary user training, online user guides/ guidance and management information as described in this specification. The contract term will be for 2 years, plus a two year and an additional one year optional extension periods available to the Client. Additional information: The contract term will be for 2 years, plus a two year and an additional one year optional extension periods available to the Client. The spend figure in section II.2.6 is the maximum spend over the contract term including the extension options should they be utilised. Bidders should note the 2024 spend was approx. GBP 1,000,000 and there is no guaranteed contract spend.
