Clinical units and wards use overhead hoists to deliver patient care. Two wards require the supply, install and commissioning of new overhead hoists – a total of 31 pods. In addition, 3 physiotherapy gym areas require an overhead hoist system to provide rehabilitation treatment to patients. The approximate floor areas of these spaces are as follows: • Main gym: 133 m ² • Quiet gym: 33.9 m ² • Neuro gym 76 m ² 2. Scope of Requirements 2.1. Overhead pods for ward and residential areas.
