Restorative Dental Services in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire

Tender description

Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire & West Berkshire (BOB) and Frimley (Berkshire East) Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) (the Commissioners) are seeking to commission providers who have the capability and capacity to deliver Restorative Dental Services Endodontic and Prosthodontic) in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire West Berkshire & and Frimley (Berkshire East), in line with the specified requirements. The procurement is divided into 8 lots (Lots 1 - 4 for Endodontics and Lots 5 - 8 for Prosthodontics) in the BOB ICB area & and Frimley ICB (East Berkshire) area. Providers may bid for a maximum of 4 Lots (Maximum of 2 from lots 1 – 4 and maximum of 2 from lots 5 – 8). The maximum total initial contract values (5 years) for each lot are as follows: Lot 1 - Endodontics Buckinghamshire: £788,400 Lot 2 - Endodontics Oxfordshire: £1,002,600 Lot 3 - Endodontic Berkshire West s: £712,200 Lot 4 - Endodontics Berkshire East: £613,800 Lot 5 - Prosthodontics Buckinghamshire: £729,400 Lot 6 - Prosthodontics Oxfordshire: £927,500 Lot 7 - Prosthodontics Berkshire West: £658,700 Lot 8 - Prosthodontics Berkshire East: £567,700 The contract term is planned to commence on 1st April 2026 and will be for a duration of 5 years with an optional extension of 2 years.
