Tender description

Academic libraries play a primary role in supporting teaching, learning, and research by giving access to core reading materials. As part of this, the University maintains systems that enable academic staff to curate and share resource lists, and that allow the library to manage acquisitions, licensing, and access to digital and physical content effectively. To continue delivering this service efficiently and in line with evolving academic needs, a formal procurement exercise was required to secure a compliant, fit-for-purpose reading list management solution. The procurement supports the University’s commitment to providing a high-quality, accessible student experience and ensuring its digital infrastructure remains aligned with strategic objectives.
