Lincolnshire’s Integrated Lifestyle Service (ILS), known as ‘One You Lincolnshire’, is jointly funded by Lincolnshire County Council and the Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board, and designed to prevent ill-health and reduce inequalities in health outcomes through addressing 6 key risk factors: smoking, physical inactivity, unhealthy weight, alcohol, falls prevention, and child & family weight management. This is a short term interim contract award for a period of 6 months, pending commissioning of future smoking cessation and falls prevention services for Lincolnshire with effect from 1 April 2027. Lot 1: The Council intends to award this contract to the existing service provider following the PSR Direct Award C process.
