Guildhall Options and Business Plan Development

Tender description

To develop an options appraisal and commercial business model for the future use of Plymouth Guildhall. The Plan will review the existing offer and make recommendations for how to develop the offer of the building in order to increase its market share and to cement its position within the South West Venue/Music scene. Specifically, the consultants are requested to: • Review all currently available Guildhall information • Research comparator information and assess options viability for the Guildhall alongside other existing Plymouth venues • Produce a viable operating model for preferred option • Share and update business plan with wider stakeholders so they support next steps in tandem with their own mode
