Tender description

The Department for Infrastructure and Environment is procuring a specialist recovery service for Air Pollution Control Residue (APCr) generated by our Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) in the Channel Islands. We are inviting expressions of interest from suppliers who operate licensed hazardous waste recovery facilities in the United Kingdom or Europe. We are seeking to identify capable and interested suppliers who can provide compliant and sustainable recovery solutions for approximately 80 tonnes of APCr ash per week, starting from July 2026.
