Adult Social Care carry out assessments in person, over teams or phone and make notes during the discussions which require writing up after the meeting and entering into the case management system. This process is time-consuming and vulnerable to errors due to uncaptured or forgotten details. Recent testing of AI products has shown that solutions are available that can record and transcribe conversations non-intrusively. Then extract the key points directly into a predefined template, eliminating the need for manual notetaking and entry. Procurement was conducted under Gcloud 14 framework
