Test Valley Climate Change Grant: Support Service

Tender description

Test Valley Borough Council is committed to supporting communities and to play its part in tackling the climate emergency. We need to support our communities to help them transition to a low carbon world. To meet this challenge the Council wishes to appoint consultants to provide support alongside the introduction of our new Climate Change Grant. This would involve supporting community organisations that need initial advice on the best ways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (likely to focus on energy related matters) of buildings and other assets.
