This project is intended to give the construction partners on the North West Construction Hub (NWCH), Low Value Construction Framework, an opportunity to tender for appointment as the Construction Partner on DXH/46067 Remodelling of former West Gorton Youth Centre to provide 20+ bedroomed short stay Homelessness Accommodation for Manchester City Council.
