Salford City Council (SCC) is seeking to engage with the market ahead of a potential procurement for temporary and supported accommodation provision. This early engagement is intended to help us understand the capabilities, capacity and appetite of the market and to shape a future procurement that is attractive, sustainable and aligned with the needs and goals of both the Council and its residents. We are particularly interested in hearing from organisations with experience in delivering cost effective temporary and supported housing, property and housing management services and partnership approaches with local authorities.
