Tender description

The works involve resurfacing at the rear exit following the removal of crocodile teeth, vegetation clearance, and the replacement or re-setting of damaged and loose kerbs across the site, including lighting column islands and the main carpark. A steel bollard will be removed and re-set with a new concrete foundation, while 73 damaged expansion kerbs in the rear section will be replaced with new kerb and tarmac finishes to specification. Additional works include resurfacing around an inspection cover, cleaning all gully pots, and renewing defective footpath surfacing. A 5% contingency has been allowed for unforeseen works instructed by the client during the project.
