Scottish Borders Council is seeking a supplier to deliver First Aid training to staff across its services. Lot 1: Scottish Borders Council (SBC) is seeking a single supplier to provide First Aid Training. The requirement is for the delivery of First Aid training for SBC staff by suitably qualified First Aid Training Instructors.
