Re Surfacing of existing car-park for Carlow Lawn Tennis Club

Tender description

The works will include • Removal of existing tarmac surface, road gullies and manholes within the car park area • Disposal of all excavated material to an Authorised Waste Collection Facility. Proof of disposal will be required. • Haulage of waste material by an authorised waste collection company • Provision of soakage facilities in various locations within the property. • Provision of new surface water drainage network together with concrete drainage channels/ heavy duty Aco drains, road gullies with precast gully boxes, manholes with heavy duty manhole covers. • Reshaping the existing parking surface with Clause 804 material / screenings to achieve adequate cross falls and longitudinal gradients. • Possible replacement of sections of the perimeter kerbing to achieve crossfalls
