RBKC: Fox Primary School, Latent Defects Windows and Flooring Works

Tender description

Fox Primary School, Kensington Place, London W8 7PP latent defects including faulty windows and water ingress to the roof and floor. This project is to remedy defects which include:- Block A :- An inspection to provide a schedule of repairs and maintenance works which are then to be undertaken, to undertake minor repair work to identified areas of flooring and external thresholds. Block B:- Relining the rooftop planters to first and upper terraces, cleaning and making good rusted steel frames and other finishes, inspect bridge roof membrane and rainwater outlets and carry out remedial works, replace damages flooring and rusted pillar bases to training rooms. Additional information: Westminster City Council (WCC) procured this contract on behalf of Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC).
