Tender description
The Tendered Opportunity is for the development of the single existing M&S landside unit (Unit 10.341) into 3 separate retail units. This project forms part of the ongoing Commercial Retail Space Strategy that LLA will be undertaking in the landside/arrivals area of the terminal. This opportunity is for the construction of the shell and core of these units for future fit out for the incoming concessionaires.
