Tender description

Anchor is seeking to understand the capabilities of the DaaS market and is carrying out this pre market engagement to assist in building a business case and inform the specification of a possible future tender. Anchor welcomes interest from suitable organisations that can deliver broad enterprise DaaS (Device as a Service) services with a proven track record of doing so within the public sector, to explore their solution's capabilities and indicative costs. At a high level, our requirements include: - All Laptop and Desktop procurement and provisioning services.​ - Full Lifecycle management of devices within service scope (DaaS)​. - Standardisation of Group Hardware standards, specifications and formfactors​. - Standard Hardware Lifecycle of 5 years. Note - costings are unknown at this point, therefore an above-threshold figure has been used. Suppliers should note that this is a preliminary market engagement exercise (and NOT a competitive tender process at this stage). The participation of a supplier in this preliminary market engagement will not constitute any contractual agreement between the respondent and Anchor. A supplier's participation, or lack of participation, in this preliminary market engagement shall not impact the ability of the supplier to participate in any resulting tender exercise.
