Tender description

The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) (the Buyer, as referred to herein) are seeking to appoint a Supplier to undertake an executive search function and to manage the application stage for senior specialist and professional police staff recruitment processes. Senior specialist and professional police staff roles are Directors/Deputy Directors of branches and Heads of specialist units within PSNI, reporting to and supporting the Assistant Chief Constable/Assistant Chief Officer of the department. Examples of such specialisms include Human Resources, Finance, Occupational Health, Strategic Communications and Engagement, Legal Services All aspects are subject to the continuing availability of funds and the continuing assessment of executive search need, therefore this will be a call-off contract. Suppliers should refer to the Specification for full detail on the deliverables of this contract. Neither CPD nor the Buyer can provide any guarantee as to the level of business under this contract.
