IWM is tendering for Potential Providers to cover the following support requirements for construction and property projects, via a framework agreement over the next three years (with an option to extend for a further one year): Building Surveyor Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) Engineer Structural Engineer Civil Engineer Architect Principal Designer/CDM Heritage Consultant Planning Consultant Lead Designer All Potential Providers must be able to provide all of the above support requirements.
