Salford Community Leisure (SCL) is a community benefit society with charitable status. It exists to enhance the lives of people through sport, leisure and cultural opportunities. The Salford Locality contract with Salford Community Leisure has been in place since 2016 and is made up of several service elements commissioned at different times. The programmes operate against specific KPIs and performance requirements. Thus contract will be for 12-months from 1st April 2025 - 31st March 2026. The total value for this contract will be £778,944. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Lot 1: The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of The Procurement Act 2023 Regulations do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight on 12th September 2025.
