Red Kite Community Housing were tendering for the following services - communal cleaning services, external window cleaning services and fly tipping / collection of bulk waste service. Lot 2: External Window Cleaning Services Red Kite Community Housing were seeking a single supplier to provide external window cleaning services to communal areas of our homes. Services were required during working hours and bidders were aware that some out of hours / emergency response works may be required occasionally. Additional information: The contract term is for an initial three years with 2x12 month extension options (to a maximum of 5 years), subject to performance and value for money.
