Under the terms of the Contract, the Contracting Authority invites tenders to provide the Works for Agreed DDA Extension and Ancillary Works at 18 Glendale Park, Derry. The project is for the provision of an Agreed DDA Extension and Ancillary Works at 18 Glendale Park, Derryn The estimated duration of the Contract is 16 weeks to commence late 2025. These works will be taking place to occupied existing property Below Threshold works - Procurement Act does not apply. The work will comprise of the following: The construction of a single storey bedroom rear extension together with associated site works.
