Tender description
As part of the council's voluntary adoption of the socio-economic duty in November 2025, the council committed to establishing an Anti-Poverty Network of people with lived experience. The purpose of the Anti-Poverty Network is to help shape council decisions and ensure that the adoption of the socio-economic duty has a positive impact of low-income households. The council is looking to purchase an organisation to establish and facilitate the Anti-Poverty Network. Included in the project cost is a budget to provide appropriate reimbursement to members of the Anti-Poverty Network i.e. through the provision of supermarket vouchers.
