Tender description

The Combined Authority has offered adult cycle training through a range of different programmes since 2016, and now wish to build on what has already been delivered. We are looking to work with an organisation who will co-ordinate and manage adult cycle training provision across West Yorkshire, working in collaboration with local authority district partners, local cycle training providers and local instructors.
