Proposed Phase 1 Peatland Restoration - Talladh a Bheithe Estate

Talladh a Bheithe Estate and Zulu Ecosystems are partnering with the NatureScot Peatland ACTION team and experienced contractors to restore approximately 189 hectares of artificially drained and actively eroding peatland across the estate. This project will be the first phase of a wider programme of peatland restoration on Talladh a Bheithe and is scheduled to begin in summer 2026. Lot 1: This notice has been posted to raise awareness for the opportunity to tender for the first phase of peatland restoration at Talladh a Bheithe Estate. Talladh a Bheithe Estate and Zulu Ecosystems will collaborate with the NatureScot Peatland ACTION team and skilled contractors to undertake peatland restoration within an artificially drained and actively eroding peatland area across the estate, totalling approximately 189 ha. This work will be the first delivery of peatland restoration on Talladh a Bhiethe and is expected to begin in Summer 2026. All details are contained within the Statement of Requirements..
